2007 NOFA Summer Conference letter for Exhibitors

Dear Exhibitors,

Thank-you to those of you who exhibited at the 2006 Summer Conference! We received great feed back from conference attendees about exhibitors, and they would like to see more of you in 2007. There have been some changes made to this year’s exhibit form. I’m writing to explain those changes in more detail:

  • Exhibitors now have the option of purchasing an exhibit space without paying the registration fee to attend workshops or see speakers. Hence the two pricing columns for “Conference with Events” and “Conference without Events”. Tickets for evening events will be available at an additional charge.

  • When filling out the section with your business name, address, phone, e-mail, and website; please enter the information you would like to see listed in our program book.

  • Non-Profit Organizations receive a 20% discount with the purchase of a full table.

  • We are charging $15 for the use of our exhibit tables if you are not exhibiting in the tent.

Please be sure to fill out a conference registration form when you receive it in April, as well as the exhibit registration included with this letter. The conference registration form is required for all persons at the conference and allows you to sign up for meals, housing, and events if desired.

- Those of you who choose the “Conference without Events” option, do not pay the registration fee and therefore will not have access to workshops and evening events. You may only use facilities in the Crowne Center. You must also pay for any housing and meals you will need. No meal tickets will be available at the conference; please purchase your tickets ahead of time.

- Those of you who choose the “Conference with Events” receive one free registration per table for all conference events, but you will have to pay for housing and meals.

- In either case, all those who will be at your table must be indicated on the conference registration form so we will have accurate information for all participants.

A conference registration form will be mailed in April, and can also be filled out online at nofamass.org after April 30th. I look forward to seeing you all at the conference.
